We offer 15% discount to all Students with a valid student ID card. Treatments will appear full price online and we ask that you present your student card in the salon when you come to pay and we'll apply the discount for you!
We offer 15% discount to all NHS employees with a valid Blue Light card/NHS badge. Treatments will appear full price online and we ask that you present your proof of NHS employment in the salon when you come to pay and we'll apply the discount for you!
Any appointments that are to be cancelled/amended must be done so no less than 24 hours prior. Appointments that are not cancelled out with this 24 hour period will be charged the full outstanding balance.
The Nail Company has a 10 minute discretionary period of lateness. This means if you are going to be late, we can honour a small 10 minute period in which we can still carry out your appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we will be unable to go ahead with your treatment and you will be charged accordingly (see Cancellation Policy). If you anticipate that you will be late, please do let us know in advance so we can help. You can call us on 0141 202 0607.
The Nail Company has a 7 day discretionary period for complimentary repairs . This means any repairs needed within 7 days of having your nails done will be free of charge.
Any repairs out with the 7 day policy will be charged accordingly. Repairs can be booked online as normal, but please do not hesistate to get in touch with us for any further help.
Some of our nail services have age limitations that we must adhere to. For any Nail Extension treatments we require you to be a minimum of 16 years of age. For any Gel Polish treatments we require you to be a minimum of 14 years of age. Please get in touch with us for more information of what treatments we can offer anyone under the age of 14.
Our Patch Testing policies are mandatory for all beauty treatments. Failure to have your patch test done at least 24 hours before your appointment will mean in some cases we may not be able to carry out your full treatment. The full service cost will still be required to be paid.
NEW CLIENTS require a patch test for any brow and lash treatments at least 24 hours prior to the treatment being carried out. CLIENTS WITH OVER 3 MONTHS since their last treatment or patch test will require a new patch test for any brow and lash treatments.
CLIENTS WITH ANY CHANGES IN MEDICAL HISTORY will require a new patch test for any brow and lash treatments. You do not have to book a patch test appointment - simply call us on 0141 202 0607 or send us a message ahead of arriving at the salon. Please see our opening hours before travelling to the salon.
As a company unfortunately we do not offer refunds. If in the unlikely event you are unhappy with your service, we will ensure to get you back into the salon and rectify this for you. We prefer to right any wrongs and make sure you are left happy and satisfied with the service you receive.
